The Cambridge South Area meeting takes place this Thursday, this time in Trumpington, a change from the usual venue of Cherry Hinton Village Centre. Here is an agenda.

If you’re travelling down Long Road, take a look at the pavement cycleways. These were the subject of a successful bid for transport funding last year, and we look forward to seeing improvements.

As well as discussing a planning enforcement case relating to a house in Babraham Road being used for business purposes without consent, the meeting will be receiving an update on transport projects which it approved at earlier meetings. The projects are to be funded from developers’ contributions, provided that they offset the transport impact of developments. The report says there is still some money left – so if you have any good ideas, please come forward.

The meeting is open to the public and begins with an open forum at which anyone can speak.
