The next South Area meeting is 23rd April, in the Alison Shrubsole room at Homerton College. Start time is 7.00 p.m. The meeting begins with an Open Forum, at which anyone can make a brief statement or ask questions of councillors and officers.
There will be a presentation on the City Council’s Sports & Physical Activity Strategy and information on leisure development in the area,
Next, the committee will vote on area committee grants. The bids include one for the Queen Edith’s community newsletter and events such as the Christmas lights at Wulfstan Way.
There are also three planning applications, including one at 241 Hills Road to replace one house with three new ones, and an enforcement case at 27 Babraham Road.

Has the Sports Strategy document been published yet? The council website still refers to the previous iteration, up to 2013? Not sure I can make the SAC.
