The controversial replacement pavilion on Hills Road 6th Form College’s playing field, which backs on to Sedley Taylor Road, has been formally opened. It can clearly be seen from London trains. The concerns of some residents about the access road to the playing field and the risks of increased use remain. Most agree that it is a great facility for sports teams but it is large and not everyone likes the roof.
